HALVA

KINGDOM

A chain of stores for selling halva and tahini, when their source is from "Mahane Yehuda" market in Jerusalem.

This store presents halva and tahini in 100 different flavors. The interior design concept is based on selected images from the market such as antique street lights, counters made of dismantled wood and arched beams that correspond with the ceiling of the original store.

The main element in this design is the traditional millstone that creates tahini out of sesame seeds in front of the customers, which eventually became the symbol representing the chain.
